LAMA/ATA Meeting
The LAMA/ATA Corporate Partnership Program is offered exclusively to active members of the Allied Trade Association. It provides ATA members with an opportunity to market directly to LAMA members throughout the year without the expense and time consumption of a trade show and the irregularity of requests for corporate donations during the year.
The annual LAMA/ATA meeting is held in the spring of each year. For more information for to https://lama-online.org under the Events tab and then Annual Meeting. The next meeting is being held April 11-15, 2027 at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, Florida

LAMA and ATA are gearing up for a fantastic program for 2027 and want you to be part of it!
Options for Presenting
Topic submissions should be designed specifically for one of the following formats: special topic seminar (20-30 minutes), or 30 min-1 hour breakout session/round table discussions as a topic facilitator.
Abstract submissions should consist of published or unpublished presentations, or new solutions for facility management, on aspects of laboratory animal husbandry management. The platform special topic presentations are typically 20-30 minutes in length and are grouped together by general category.
ATA Scholarship
The Allied Trade Association (ATA) is making available up to three $800 scholarships for LAMA members attending their first LAMA/ATA Annual Meeting in 2027. The scholarships will cover the meeting registration fee ($550) and up to $250 to cover various travel expenses. Selection of the scholarship recipients will be based on merit and a financial need.
Applicants must provide the following information:
■ A completed ATA scholarship application form
■ A letter of recommendation from his/her supervisor
■ Current curriculum vitae or resume
■ A letter of request stating why you would like to attend the LAMA / ATA Annual Meeting. This letter should include the goals and objectives the candidate wishes to achieve, and evidence that without financial support from the ATA, the candidate would not be able to attend.
Deadline for application submission is February 15, 2027. Scholarship selections will be announced in late February.

ATA Events at the National AALAS Meeting
New Product Showcase
The ATA New Product Showcase is an exclusive literature exhibit, sponsored by the Allied trade Association designed to promote better attendance in the Exhibit Hall and increasing the visibility of member new products. The opportunity is exclusive to ATA members; a new product is defined as a product that had been introduced by your company to the market since the last National AALAS meeting and is subject to acceptance. Literature is displayed in a prominent location outside of the exhibit hall coupled with a secondary display in the lounge area of the hall.
ATA District AALAS Support

ILAM
Each year The ATA sponsors a student for ILAM, Institute for Laboratory Animal Management. ILAM is an AALAS educational program
to provide instruction in management concepts that is applicable to the field of laboratory animal science.
